Child and Adolescent Counselor and Therapist

A child and adolescent psychologist who has passion in helping children and adolescents to be the best version of themselves . She’s been working with parents, children, and adolescents of varying ages and backgrounds, including working with children and adolescents who had family problems, emotional problems, also behavior, learning, and social difficulties. Her works and interests are ranging from intervention such as, counseling, behavior modification, relaxation techniques using resource development principles, parenting programme, family therapy, and training for a variety of clients.

Kantiana has had her Bachelor Degree in Psychology from University of Indonesia and her Master Degree in Child Clinical Psychology from University of Indonesia. As a clinical psychologist, she tries her best to help children, adolescents, and parents in times of difficulty, which is the basis for her choice of career in psychology. She aims to make children and adolescents better not only academically, but also as a person. She believes that life skills, moral values, and compassion to other people are important factors in child development.

Along with her work as a psychologist, she always keeps learning and making an impact to society. Her paper, which focus is on lying behavior in adolescence and parent-child relational problem, was presented at International Conference on Intervention and Applied Psychology (ICIAP) 2017.  She also participated in various seminars and workshops, such as marriage and therapy workshop, group process workshop, basic psychotherapy skills, art therapy seminar, and another various training.
